Consultation

I provide professional consultation to practitioners, teams, and organisations working in complex, high-risk, and trauma-exposed contexts. Consultation is distinct from therapy and supervision and focuses on supporting ethical decision-making, system awareness, and clear responses to complexity.

Consultation may be sought where work involves heightened risk, forensic or statutory considerations, organisational change, or situations that feel unclear, stuck, or ethically challenging. It offers an external, reflective perspective to support clarity, accountability, and confidence in practice.

Consultation can be provided as a one-off or short series and may be delivered via telehealth or in person, subject to availability.
