Grounded Practice

I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and AASW-approved Social Work Supervisor, offering counselling, EMDR, professional supervision, and consultation to individuals, professionals, and organisations.

My practice is grounded in trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches and shaped by a strong commitment to collaboration, cultural responsiveness, and individual choice. I bring over 20 years’ experience as a qualified social worker, supporting people across a wide range of life stages, as well as providing consultation, supervision, and workforce development within complex and forensic practice contexts.

Services are available via in-person appointments and secure telehealth delivered through Microsoft Teams.
